Rachel Glick is a joyful yogi who sparkles up her life with adventure, movement, connection and love. Throughout college at Boston University, Rachel was blissed out by the multifaceted effects of her yoga practice in mind, body, heart and spirit. Shortly thereafter, she earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification at Back Bay Yoga Studio in Boston under the inspiring instruction of Lynne Begier, Caitlyn Graham and Ryan Cunningham.
Rachel’s class offers her students creative sequencing, vibrant imagery and mindful movement. Her Vinyasa flow style is both playful and powerful, requiring her students to listen to their bodies and to practice in a way that feels delicious and accessible to each individual. Her class is noted for always incorporating an “on the mat message” that can be carried and applied to life outside the studio. Rachel creates a fun, loving and supportive environment for her students. By the time savasana arrives, she strives to have every yogi in her class filled with a sense of lightness & brightness and a knowing that everything you need is within.
